Black Love Project’s mission is to preserve the legacy of the music, history and people of the African Diaspora through documentation, education and historical and social critique.

We do so by focusing on the following:

Love : Documenting black stories as told by black storytellers.

Music: Educating the youth through creative writing workshops.

History: Critical writing that examines the social, political and artistic history of the African Diaspora. Poetry is also highlighted, to honor its role in socio-political critique.
